Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should I book?
Three to six months ahead is ideal, especially between March and November, which is peak wedding season. Still, do write even if your date is close: we can often cover it.
Is there a minimum rental?
We work with a minimum amount that varies by date and delivery area. We confirm it in the quote, along with the cost of transport and setup.
Does the rental include setup and takedown?
Yes. Our team delivers, sets up and collects. The cost depends on the venue, the schedule and the number of pieces, and it's always itemised in the quote.
Can I see the pieces before deciding?
We put together a proposal with photos of your specific combination, and if you need to see them in person we'll arrange a time to show you.
What happens if a piece is damaged or lost?
The affected piece is charged at replacement value, per the list you sign when booking. Normal wear from use is never charged.
