Privacy notice

When you request a quote or write to us through the contact form, we only collect the data you enter:

• Full name.
• Email address and phone number.
• Details of your event: date, venue or city, type of event and approximate number of guests.
• The pieces and quantities you added to your request, and any message you choose to write.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial data through the site. If you include any in your message, we will only use it to handle your request.

We use your data for the following purposes, which are necessary for the relationship you are starting with us:

• To handle your quote request or message and get in touch with you.
• To prepare, send and follow up on the proposal and, where applicable, formalize the rental of the pieces.
• To coordinate the logistics of the service: delivery, set-up and pick-up.
• To keep an internal record of requests and of the commercial relationship.

Additionally, we may use your email address to tell you about new pieces, proposals or services from Decoracy. If you do not wish to receive these communications, you can tell us at any time by writing to contacto@decoracyeventos.com; declining does not affect how we handle your request.

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties. To run the site we rely on providers that process information on our behalf and under our instructions, without using it for their own purposes:

• Site hosting and aggregate analytics (Vercel).
• The database where requests are stored (Supabase).
• Confirmation emails and team notifications (Resend) and our email service (Google Workspace).

Some of these providers operate servers outside Mexico. We will only share your data with authorities when required by law or by an order from a competent authority.

You have the right to access your personal data, to correct it when it is inaccurate, to have it deleted when you believe it is no longer needed for the purposes described, and to object to its processing for specific purposes. You may also withdraw the consent you have given us and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise any of these rights, email contacto@decoracyeventos.com stating your name, the email address you used, the right you wish to exercise and, where relevant, the data you want corrected. We will reply within twenty business days and, if your request is granted, act on it within the following fifteen business days.

We keep the data of each request for as long as a commercial relationship exists and for the time needed to meet legal obligations or resolve questions. After that it is deleted or anonymized.

We apply administrative and technical measures to protect your information: access restricted to the Decoracy team, encryption in transit and protection against automated submissions.

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your selection list is stored only in your browser's local storage and does not leave your device until you decide to send it. We use cookie-free aggregate analytics to learn which pages are visited, without identifying individuals, and a bot-protection system that analyzes technical browser signals when a form is submitted.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
