Terms and conditions

Decoracy offers the rental of furniture, linens, tableware and décor accessories, as well as design and set-up for social events. The site presents our catalog and our proposals so you can choose the pieces you are interested in and ask us for a quote.

The site is not an online store. It does not display prices, does not process payments and does not allow you to reserve pieces directly.

When you send us your list of pieces and the details of your event, you are asking for a proposal. That request creates no obligation for you or for Decoracy, and it does not guarantee that the pieces will be available on the date indicated.

Our team will review your request and contact you with a quote. The rental is only formalized when you accept that quote in writing and the booking conditions it sets out, such as the payment of a deposit, are met.

The availability of each piece depends on the date and on existing bookings, and is confirmed in the quote. Catalog photographs and descriptions are illustrative: the actual pieces may show minor variations in tone, size or finish, as is natural for items that are rented and used at events.

We reserve the right to modify the catalog, withdraw pieces or change the information on the site at any time.

The specific conditions of each service — rental period, delivery, set-up and pick-up, deposit and payment terms, changes and cancellations, and liability for damage, loss or misuse of the pieces — are set out in the quote and in the contract or agreement that accompanies it. If these terms differ from what has been agreed in writing for an event, the agreement for that event prevails.

You agree to use the site in good faith. In particular, you must not:

• Send false requests, requests with third-party data without their authorization, or requests for purposes other than obtaining a quote.
• Attempt to access the team's internal panel or any restricted area.
• Use automated tools to extract the site's content or overload it.

We may reject requests and restrict access to the site when we detect use contrary to these terms.

The Decoracy brand, the site name, the texts, the photographs of the pieces and set-ups, and the design and code of the site belong to Decoracy or are used with the authorization of their owners. You may view them and share links to the site, but you may not reproduce them or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will work without interruptions or errors. Decoracy will not be liable for damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to use it, nor for decisions made on the basis of catalog information that has not been confirmed in a quote.

The data you provide through the site is processed in accordance with our Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date, and applies from the moment it is published.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute related to the site, the parties submit to the courts of CDMX (Mexico City), waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
